Tan Thaugsuban, Son of former Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban, and its former secretary Banjerd Laopiyasakul were on Wednesday from Bangkok Ratchadapisek Criminal Court one for illegal occupation of 31 sentenced rai area at Mount Khao Phaeng on the Koh Samui to imprisonment of three years.
